Everyone knows one of the most popular resolutions is to work out more and get your body in shape. What better way to do that than with Barre & Bites! You get your workout in and get to feed your inner foodie!
Barre & Bites is put on by fitness bloggers, Janna and Ginger. Their goal is to use Barre & Bites as an outreach to raise funds and support for organizations in need. So fitness gurus from around DFW get together to workout, indulge in delicious food, and support worthy organizations.
The next event is just around the corner, Saturday, January 7, 2017, at The Reunion Tower (Cloud 9, 300 Reunion Blvd E., Dallas, TX)! So this is the perfect event for everyone making a New Years Resolution to get in shape! Check-in starts at 6:30 PM and the workout starts at 7:00 PM.
This event will support Cancer Foundation for Life. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life and survival for individuals living with cancer. They aim to do this by incorporating individually tailored and supervised exercise programs as a standard in oncology practice.
Retired oncologist, Gary T. Kimmel, founded Cancer Foundation for Life in Tyler, Texas, in 2001. He wanted to enhance cancer treatment through the incorporation of a structured, long-term exercise program for all cancer patients. As he was putting together the board of directors for Cancer Foundation for Life he was careful to select individuals who shared his vision.
In addition to some wonderful food, Barre & Bites will also be pampering their guests by featuring massages, manicures, a braid bar, and much much more.
Tickets are $20 each and will be sold through January 6.
So get your ticket, get ready to tone your body, and prepare to indulge. The New Year is here! Start it off the right way at Barre & Bites!
